My name is Shannon Rudd. I’m a Realtor® with East Avenue Real Estate, and I work with home buyers and sellers in the greater Salt Lake area. I have spent the last 14 years working in planning and design, Landscape Architecture, and real estate, and I bring that knowledge to my clients to make their experience of buying or selling a home a happy one. I focus on educating my clients with current market data and providing access to resources and information about what their options are throughout the process of buying or selling a home, so they can feel confident that they are making the best decisions for their family.

I utilize a team of professional service providers to assist with my clients’ buying and selling needs, including photographers, stagers, painters, designers, handymen, and inspectors.
